  • 4 cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • ¾ cup sour cream, or greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (affiliate link)
  • 1 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl – whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, pressed garlic, and the herbs.
    1 medium onion, ¾ cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoons fresh dill, 1 tablespoons fresh chives, 1 clove garlic, ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Slice the cucumbers and the onions.
