PIZZA TOPPINGS LIST

Pepperoni
Ingredients: Red sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
Pepperoni pizza is a classic. Start by spreading out your pizza dough. Add a layer of red sauce, a layer of fresh or shredded mozzarella, and your favorite pepperoni.
Meat Lover’s Pizza
Ingredients: Red sauce, sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, bacon, and mozzarella.
Meat Lover’s is another iconic Round Table pizza. It has every kind of meat imaginable on it. This pizza starts with red sauce and mozzarella cheese. Add ground sausage (cooked), pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and bacon.
Veggie Pizza
Ingredients: Red sauce, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, artichoke hearts.
Make this veggie pizza with your favorite vegetable toppings. Above are just a few of my favorites. In addition to the above, you can add fresh tomatoes.
Pizza dough is your canvas. If you are vegan, you can leave off the cheese.
Supreme Pizza
Ingredients: Red sauce, sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, onions, olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, and mozzarella.
The Supreme Pizza is like a meat lover’s pizza and a veggie pizza all in one. The Supreme has all the meat and all the veggies. You can feel free to add or leave off any of the pizza toppings that you don’t like.
California Pizza
California pizzas are known for their non-traditional toppings. California is the fusion food capital of the US and appears in so much of the food known as Califonia cuisine.
Heavily influenced by Latin America and Asia, we’ve created many exciting pizzas.
Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza
Ingredients: Red sauce, mozzarella. After baking, add prosciutto, arugula, and olive oil.
The prosciutto and arugula pizza is a simple cheese pizza that is topped with prosciutto and arugula after baking. This pizza is also often served with a side of pepperoncini pepper oil for an extra kick.
Caramelized Onion and Potato
Ingredients: Olive oil or truffle oil on the crust — thinly sliced parboiled Yukon gold potatoes, caramelized onions, and mozzarella.
This pizza has no red sauce but is packed with flavor. Just make sure to use robust olive oil or truffle oil to season the pizza dough before adding the toppings.
The potatoes are sliced thin and blanched. I opted for Walla Walla Sweets, onions prized for their high sugar content, which makes them perfect for caramelized onions.
Hawaiian Pizza
Ingredients: Red sauce, Canadian bacon, bacon, pineapple, jalapeños (optional), and mozzarella.
I use both Canadian bacon and cooked thick-sliced applewood bacon on my Hawaiian pizza. Add a layer of red sauce, then mozzarella. You can use fresh or canned pineapple for the pizza toppings.
I highly recommend sliced jalapeños in this recipe.
Thai Chicken Pizza
Ingredients: Peanut sauce, Jack cheese, diced chicken satay, red onions, red bell pepper, Thai chilis (or serrano chilis). After baking, add cilantro, bean sprouts, and chopped roasted peanuts.
This pizza is a classic California Pizza Kitchen Pizza. The sauce used in this pizza is Thai Peanut Sauce. The toppings are synonymous with what you find in a saucy bowl of peanut noodles; chicken satay, red onions, red bell pepper, and Thai chilis.
After baking this pizza, it’s topped with fresh, crisp bean sprouts, minced cilantro, and chopped roasted peanuts.
BBQ Chicken Pizza
Ingredients: BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, Colby Jack cheese, red onions, drained black beans. After baking, add the minced cilantro.
Another California Pizza Kitchen classic. BBQ chicken pizza is made with smoky BBQ sauce, diced grilled chicken, red onions, and black beans. I like smooth melting Colby jack cheese for this pizza recipe.
After baking toss on a few tablespoons of minced cilantro.
Pesto Chicken Pizza
Ingredients: Pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, chicken sauteed with pesto sauce.
Pesto chicken pizza is a simple and super flavorful pizza. Pesto sauce and mozzarella make up the base of this pizza. Diced chicken is added to the top of this pizza. I like to sauté the diced chicken in a bit of pesto sauce.
Italian Pizzas
Margherita Pizza
Ingredients: Red sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil.
The Margherita pizza is also a simple cheese pizza with the addition of fresh basil. Add the fresh basil leaves right after the pizza comes out of the oven.
Quatro Formaggio (Four Cheese)
Ingredients: Red sauce, gorgonzola, mozzarella, parmesan-reggiano, and pecorino. You can use any four kinds of cheeses and make them your own.
Quatro Formaggio is a cheese pizza that highlights 4 Italian kinds of cheese. However, you can mix it up and use any four-cheese combo that you have on hand.

Chicken Pest Pizza
- ¼ to ⅓ cup pesto sauce
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chicken, diced
Margherita Pizza Toppings
- ¼ to ⅓ cups red pizza sauce
- 4 ounces Buffalo mozarella, sliced
- 10 to 12 leaves Basil
Quatro Formaggio Toppings (Four Cheese)
- ¼ to ⅓ cup red pizza sauce
- 4 ounces Buffalo mozzarella
- ¼ cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- ¼ cup gorgonzola cheese
- ¼ cup pecorino romano cheese
Instructions
Supreme Pizza Toppings
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough. Add the sausage, pepperoni, and the remaining veggies.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
Meat Lovers Pizza Toppings
- Brown and crumble 4 to 6 slices of thick-cut bacon.
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough. Add the sausage, pepperoni, the Canadian bacon, and the cooked, crumbled bacon to the pizza.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
Veggie Pizza Toppings
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough. Add the remaining veggies.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza Toppings
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
- Before serving add torn prosciutto, arugula, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Potato and Caramelized Onion
- Slice and blanch 1 to 2 yukon gold potatoes. Caramelize one onion is butter.
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough. Add the blanch potato, caramelized onions, and thyme to the pizza.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
Hawaiian Pizza Toppings
- Brown and crumble 4 to 6 slices of thick-cut bacon.
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough. Add the quartered Canadian bacon, fresh pineapple chunks, and the crumbled bacon. Add jalapeñoes if you are using them.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
BBQ Chicken Pizza Toppings
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
Thai Chicken Pizza Toppings
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough. Add the chicken, the red onions, the peppers, and chilis.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
- Add fresh bean sprouts, cilantro, and crushed roasted peanuts.
Chicken Pesto Pizza Toppings
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough. Add the diced chicken. (It's optional to sauté the chicken in a little bit of the pesto sauce before adding it to the pizza.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
Margherita Pizza Toppings
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
- Add the basil leave immediatly after removing the pizza from the hot oven.
Quatro Formaggio Toppings (Four Cheese)
- Add the sauce and the cheese to the pizza dough.
- Bake @550°F for 6 to 10 minutes.
