INGREDIENTS

flax seeds, whole raw

flax meal

sunflower seeds, raw

pumpkin seeds, raw

sesame seeds

sea salt

dried herbs
herbes de provence or italian

Optional seasoning black pepper, chili powder, onion, and garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the seeds:
Combine all seeds, water, and salt in a bowl. Let it sit for 20–30 minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency.
Preheat the oven:
Set to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread and flatten:
Spread the seed mixture evenly into a thin layer (about ¼ inch thick).
Bake:
Bake for 30–40 minutes, flip carefully, and bake for another 15–20 minutes until crisp.
Cool & break:
Let cool completely, then break into cracker-sized pieces.
