kosher salt

rubbed sage

dried thyme

whole black peppercorns

pink peppercorns

dried juniper berries

whole allspice berries
INSTRUCTIONS
Set the salt aside.
3 ½ tablespoons kosher salt
Add all of the dry spices to a spice blender and pulse until the mixture is a fine rub.
1 ½ teaspoons rubbed sage,
1 ½ teaspoons dried thyme,
1 ¼ teaspoons whole black peppercorns,
1 ¼ teaspooons pink peppercorns,
¼ teaspoon dried juniper berries,
½ teaspoon whole allspice berries
Combine the salt with the pulverized spices.
Store in an airtight container.

1 tablespoon of paprika or smoked paprika
2 teaspoon of oregano
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of black pepper
