INGREDIENTS

Slice the beef

Freeze for about 1 hour and then slice the beef into 1/4-inch slices.

Tenderize the beef

Using a meat tenderizing tool, tenderize the beef. Make sure it's approximately the same thickness.

Marinate the beef

Marinate the meat in the marinade of your choice for approximately 6 to 8 hours.

Dehydrate

Add to the dehydrator. Dehydrate for 6 to 8 hours.
