INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together.
Use a #20 cookie scoop to portion out burgers.
Grill, Bake, or Pan Fry.
Grill: On high heat, 3-4 minutes per side.
Pan Fry: On medium-high heat, 3-4 minutes per side.
Bake: At 425℉, for approximately 20 minutes.
Rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
