honeyadd a tablespoon or two of honey for some sweetness
garlicadd a minced clove of garlic or a ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the ingredients to a medium bowl. (Reserve the water for now)
Mix with a whisk until the ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
Add the water, if needed. Thin to the desired consistency. I like mine to be the consistency of Grade A Maple syrup.
RECIPE TIPS
I highly recommend making a double batch of this tahini dressing. I hardly ever have leftovers. To store: Store in an airtight container. This dressing will keep in the fridge for several weeks.
