INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a skillet to medium high and pan sear the meatloaf on both sides.
Butter and toast the bread. You can do this in the skillet as well.
Add the cheese to the meatloaf slices, reduce the heat to very low and cover the pan. Let the cheese melt for about a60 seconds.
Assemle the sandwiches with your favorite toppings.

Tips for The Ultimate Meatloaf Sandwich
Pan-sear the meatloaf
in a skillet to get a toasty crispy crust on the slice of leftover meatloaf.

I like to butter the bread and toast in a skillet.
