INSTRUCTIONS
How To Make A Simple Fritatta
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, until well combined.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the diced vegetables and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
