In a small bowl - whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, pressed garlic, and the herbs.

Variations
Alternate cucumber dressing recipe: Use mayo instead of sour cream. Add a little white vinegar or apple cider vinegar to add tanginess. You can also use greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Storage Instructions
Fridge. You can make this cucumber salad ahead of time and store it in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days. The dressing may separate so give it a quick toss before you serve it.
Meal prep. Make the cucumber dressing and store it in the fridge until you are ready to use it. It will easily keep for at least a week. Slice up cucumbers and onions and toss with the dressing before serving.
Freezing. This salad should not be frozen. Cucumbers will get mushy when they are thawed.
