INSTRUCTIONS
How To Make Crostini
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Slice the baguette on the diagonal into ½-in thick slices. Place them onto a baking sheet.

Brush each slice with olive oil.

Toast in the oven for 20 minutes. Until a light golden brown.
Rub each toasted slice with a piece of raw garlic.

Make The Bruschetta Topping
Crush 2 cloves of garlic and add it to a medium bowl. Add the olive oil and stir to combine. Set aside while you prepare the remaining ingredients.

Chop the tomatoes. Halve the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Dice the tomatoes and then add them to the bowl.

Finely mince the basil and add it to the bowl.

Add the balsamic and the salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
