INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the veggies: Slice the cabbage, shred the carrot, chop the green onions and cilantro. Toss together in a large bowl.
½ head red cabbage, ½ head green cabbage, 1 to 2 carrots, 4 to 5 green onions, ½ bunch fresh cilantro
Make the dressing: Combine the peanut butter, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and ginger and garlic. Whisk until smooth. Thin with water if needed.
