Dice the serrano pepper(s) and the onion: add to a large bowl.
Add the salt and the lime juice to the pepper and onions. Allow them to marinate while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
Peel and dice the mango. Add the mango to the bowl.
Finely chop the cilantro then add it to the bowl.
Add a few teaspoons of coconut oil and toss to combine.

Less SpicyIf you want the less spicy version of this fruit salsa, simply swap out the serrano peppers for jalapeños. Make sure to remove all the seeds and the inner white membranes.
