INSTRUCTIONS
Dice chicken and season with taco seasoning and salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Set aside.
Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
Add chicken to pan. Cook until browned and done inside. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
RECIPE TIPS
Ingredients for Taco Seasoning:
Chili Powder
Cumin
Dried Oregano
Onion Granules
Ground Coriander
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Salt
Black Pepper
Store cooked chicken in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use it.
