soy sauce
use left over packets if you have them

wasabi
optional

black sesame seeds

cooked sushi rice

rice wine vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Sushi Rice
Make rice in advance.
Take 1 cup of cooked sushi rice and add 1 tbsp rice vinegar. Stir with rice spatula until incorporated.
Store in an airtight container.
Sushi Assembly
Lay out a sheet of nori and add about ¼ of the rice. Use fingers to press the rice onto the sheet of nori.
Add smoked salmon, wasabi (optional), soy sauce and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
Roll and enjoy.
