ground sage

ground thyme

ground marjoram

ground rosemary

nutmeg

black pepper
Optional Ingredients

onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Measure all of the ingredients and mix them together in a bowl.
4 teaspoons ground sage,
3 teaspoons ground thyme,
2 teaspoon ground marjoram,
2 teaspoon ground rosemary,
1 teaspoon parsley flakes,
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg,
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional:
Add in onion and garlic powder.
1 teaspoon onion powder,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Finely ground the blend with a spice grinder OR leave the blend unground.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
RECIPE TIPS
This spice blend can be ground finely in a spice grinder. This is the traditional format of poultry seasoning.
