INGREDIENTS

fresh mangoes
peeled and diced
▢

Fresh Limes
juiced, about 2 tablespoons

can
Coconut Milk
▢

cup
Greek yogurt
Optional

honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Optional: Add a little bit of honey or agave syrup if you need more sweetness.
Pour the mango lassi into the popsicle molds, cover with the top, and then add the sticks.
Freeze for at least four hours.
Press the popsicles out from the bottom and then store in plastic sleeves.
