SAUTE MUSHROOMS

Saute mushrooms in a pan with butter, salt and pepper. When golden brown remove and toss with thyme.

When the goat cheese is at room temperature, add the zest and pepper. Add a little cream or milk to thin the mixture to a spreadable consistency.

toast crostini

Place them on a baking sheet and toast in the oven at 325℉.

assemble

Butter each crostini with about a teaspoon or so of goat cheese. Top with a few of the mushrooms.
