Add a few teaspoons of filling to a wrapper
Fold the corner over the filling.
Pull towards you to tighten.

Moisten the edge with water; roll to complete the Lumpia.
Rest on a baking sheet.
Deep fry over medium to medium-high heat until golden brown. Transfer to baking rack to cool.
