Chia Pudding Recipe
This recipe is super versatile. It's a fantastic base for layering fruit, jam, yogurt, and granola.
mix chia and milk
For each serving, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of chia seeds to a mason jar, and add the milk, the maple syrup, and the vanilla extract.
Let sit for 5 minutes, and then stir again to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Cover the jars with lids or plastic wrap and let them sit for 2 hours, up to overnight.
Store in covered jars for 5 to 7 days.
