Asian Slaw

This crunchy salad is a fantastic way to get all of your colorful veggies packed into one delicious and super easy-to-eat side salad.

Add them to a large bowl. A Mandoline slicer makes quick work of slicing up the cabbage.

mix up dressing

Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk until the dressing is smooth.


Toss the dressing and veggies together in a big bowl.


Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
